- The fundamentals of Yoga.

- General guidelines for Yogic Practice.
- Yogic principles of Food.
Unit 2. Practical - Prayer: Concept and recitation of Pranava and hymns.

I was enrolled in YPC-3 course, December 2023 to January 2024. It was a very useful course in which we learnt correct techniques for doing various Asanas, Pranayams, Dhyan & Yogmudra. Also learnt lot of theory which helped to understand importance & science behind yogic practices.
