I Joined Aarambh Yoga Institute on 26th August for a 6 months level 1&2 course. It took about 1 month for me to get the rhythm. After that it was classes practicals and towards the end Yoga Camp. I took 10 months to complete this course. I had a wonderful time. Thank you Aarambh Yoga team, Sushma ma'am Saiyle ma'am, Ritu ma'am and Balakishna Sir. My humble salutations.🙏.

I really wants to say thanks to The Director of Aarambh Yoga Institute Prof.Sushama Mourya as well as other teachers for their efforts & assistance through out my training of Yoga Teacher & Evaluator.They are all well experienced & have deep knowledge about yoga.. During my training I learnt advance yoga poses, their counter poses, pranayam, meditation,nadi suddhi kriyas as well as anatomy & yoga philosophy..It is a wonderful experience in my yoga journey..Once again on the bottom of my heart .. thanks to all my teachers as well as to all my friends..
