Power Yoga training is a training program, particularly for yoga teachers only. It is a fitness-based vinyasa practice – an offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga. It has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, body toning, increased stamina, increased strength & flexibility as well as stress reduction. After the program, you will see and feel an incredible transformation physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We can influence and control our state of mind in a subtle and at the same time dynamic way through the body and the prana. This Power Yoga is an instrument that brings you closer to your own source of peace and strength.
